Privacy Policy
Effective date: 11 September 2026.
Scope
This policy covers personal automation tooling operated by the owner of this domain for their own use. There are no accounts, no other users, and no data is collected from anyone other than the operator.
Google data accessed
The tooling accesses the operator’s own Google data through the Google APIs, solely to produce a personal briefing and organise personal information:
- Gmail: message metadata (subject, sender, date) is read for triage; labels may be applied to organise mail. Message bodies are not stored.
- Calendar: events are read to summarise the day ahead.
- Tasks: task lists are read and new personal tasks may be created.
Storage
Data is processed on a private home server. Briefing state is kept in a local database and excerpts may be stored in the operator’s personal notes. Nothing is transmitted anywhere except back to Google’s own APIs to perform the actions described above.
Sharing
None. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.
Security
OAuth credentials are stored encrypted at rest on the operator’s own hardware and are never embedded in client-side code or shared.
Contact
This tooling has a single operator and no support channel; there is no contact address associated with these pages.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the tooling. The effective date above will be revised accordingly.
